Maryann Ruck has the tools and experience to illustrate the financial impact of decisions couples may make during the divorce process. She provides clients with a clear picture of their current financial situation and incorporates scenarios around the options they are considering as they divide the marital assets.
Maryann believes the best outcome results from divorcing parties being involved in the decision-making around the economic impact of divorce rather than leaving it up to the courts. She can help organize and clarify the current situation and uses Family Law software to present the detail in a format the courts prefer saving clients time and money if they end up going that route.
She also sees great value in engaging a team of experienced professionals to provide guidance on the many facets of divorce, very importantly the financial dynamics.
Maryann studied accounting at the undergraduate level at Fordham University and Finance, Statistics, and International Business at the graduate level at New York University. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) and a member of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts.
When she is finished helping clients live the life they want with financial confidence, Maryann enjoys travel, reading, theater, skiing, biking, golf, and yoga.
